Project Objectives:

  • Build on the tradition of excellence linked to South High School and establish a motivating environment for education, workforce development, and community cultural events
  • Provide adaptive re-use for an iconic building into workforce development center
  • Serve as an anchor for housing rehab and new construction projects in the neighborhood
South High School - Youngstown, Ohio

The restored South High School will serve as an anchor on the South Side of Youngstown, contributing to the vitality and growth of the community. This project combined with the proposed Valley Legends Sports Complex, will further enhance the cultural, educational, and sports opportunities in the city.
